Four years of trying to pay bills on line. ALWAYS have to find the right person and phone number to get the premium paid. Good News this year?! The company had a nice person answering at two separate locations, as well as in accounting AND she told me company is working on new accounting program to automatically handle the issue. Hallelujah!!

Sonya, the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. I would like to file a complaint against her and the company she represents. I left a voicemail for a Manager, whom she referred to as Melody. I will kindly await my returned call left on her voicemail. Keeping track of time and calls on their recorded call system. Thanks Tameka Warren

Tokio Marine America is a member of the Tokio Marine Group, Japan's oldest and leading property & casualty insurer. Tokio Marine America (TMA) is not a household name like AAA, Mercury, State Farm, or Geico. You can't buy insurance directly from TMA. You'll have to go through a broker to buy insurance. TMA is know to many of the large national and multinational companies. Many of TMA's clients have national and worldwide operations. Based on my experience TMA is a great company that provides excellent customer service to its customers.

Set up a claim with them. Haven't heard from them for over a month. Call in to check in on claim status and they can't locate the claim that I had set up.
