Purchased my first Rolls Royce Ghost a few days ago from Rusnak Pasadena. Give the current pandemic and limited supply of vehicles for all dealers, Rusnak had a good selection to choose from. Vrej, a car salesman in the Rolls Royce section, made my purchase process absolutely seamless! He knew exactly what I wanted, waited for it to come in, and as soon as it came in called me right away to come and check it out before it got listed for sale. I came, I saw, I loved, and I purchased! The team at Rolls Royce Pasadena is awesome! They are not pushy salesman nor do they pass judgement on your ability to purchase a vehicle from, they simply want to be helpful and play a part in finding your vehicle. Shout out also to Galoust(Ray), manager at Rolls Royce. Ray is the right guy for the job and is an absolute asset to the Rolls Royce brand. I look forward to driving my car for the next few years and bring it back to trade in for something newer. I’m looking forward to working with this team again in the near future :)

I had a great experience at Rusnak Rolls Royce Service Department in Pasadena, California. I took my 2001 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph for repair of three major problems. My car was at the Service Garage for one week. Shane Rutherford, Master Technician, did an excellent job, rendering the car to a perfect condition. I drove sixty miles so only Shane can work on my car, as I trust him personally, as well his mechanical knowledge and professionalism. Ruben Granados, Service Advisor, was very kind, helpful, and courteous in processing the entire Service Experience from beginning to end. Brian Edwards, Service Manager, deserves Kudos for overseeing the entire Service Process by helping me in a kind, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and friendly way, to schedule my Service Appointment, follow-up with ordering and receiving the new parts from New-York in a timely manner, and making sure that the entire Service Process was executed smoothly and seamlessly. Finally, to top it all off, I was given a 2019 Maserati Ghibli loaner car to drive for a week, free of charge. OMG, this car was a pleasure to drive. It looks beautiful, rides very comfortably, and drives very fast especially in the Sport Mode. For crying out loud, it has almost as much HorsePower as my Ferrari California. In conclusion and overall, I had an awesome experience at the Rusnak Rolls Royce Service Department in Pasadena, California.
