For a great selection of certified organic produce, Krueger Pepper Gardens is the best place to visit!

First- drive all the way to the end of Knights Lane, the stand is past the little house on the left (not much indicating its there and Google has you stopping short). Good selection overall, but will depend on when (month, time of day) you are there. They had melons, fairly wide pepper selection, tomatoes, eggplant, garlic. Good friendly service- corn was a bit tired, but they went and grabbed fresher ones for us. Worth the stop!

Nice folks, and great produce. The peppers are amazing--tasty, fresh, and so many choices! Well worth the drive over the mountains.

Greatest place in the Wapato area - a true destination for pepper lovers! My wife and I make our annual journey to the fields every year since we moved to Central Washington in 2015. We usually hold out until late September / early October, because we are primarily interested in the "Super Hots" (Thai chilies, Bird's Eye chilies, and Super chilies) - they are the late season varieties. Prices are REALLY FAIR - we only paid $4 a bush for Thai chilies the past 2 years - you can get nearly 1 - 1.5 lbs of chilies off of 1 bush! We fill a couple 5 gallon buckets with plants and put the chilies in the freezer to last the year. My wife can sit and eat 20 of the buggers in one meal - I need Rolaids after 1!
