It's a city, so the safety is the same as any area. This specific complex has a system where you can buz in guests, but they cant physically get up the elevator without being buzzed into it. After touring multiple complexes in the area, this one was definitely the safest. Also has gated secure parking garage. Homeless people come with the territory of downtown long beach. 90% of the time if you dont bother them, they wont bother you.
