I have lived at the AMLI for the last 2 years and recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent or move to Long Beach. Not only is the building, the amenities, and apartments stunning. The team from the leasing office to the maintenance are 10/10. I am always greeted with a warm smile and hello by Fidel and Daisy. They also, go above and beyond to ask if there is anything they can do. Brittany and Eduardo are always willing to provide a listening ear and receptive to feedback on how they can make the community and experience better.

Every time I have submitted a maintenance request, it has always been completed promptly and professionally by Fidel. I have lived in multiple apartment buildings and have never had maintenance resolve issues as quickly as they do here. From after hours calls about a backed up sink to low battery warning beeps on the smoke detectors - Fidel is always there to immediately take care of whatever you need.

I’m new to Long Beach but immediately realized there are many apartment buildings in the area. Some even look just as nice and have similar amenities to the AMLI. Co-workers warned me that the true distinguishing characteristic among the buildings is the service, which is one of the most difficult aspects to evaluate when trying to decide where to move. Does management promptly return calls? Are they responsive to security concerns? Does the maintenance team address issues satisfactorily? I’ve found AMLI is impressive in all these areas, but where they truly hit it out of the park is with their maintenance team. Last night I submitted a request via their incredibly easy to use app to look at some minor plumbing issues in my bathroom. By this morning, Fidel was at my door with a stocked tool cart, in uniform, masked, and equipped with shoe covers to not dirty my floors. He also fixed a loose cabinet door and entrance handle, which I only noticed later. Fidel completely exceeded my expectations by giving me tips on the use of the stove, furniture placement to maximize the sunlight, and even made we aware of some common areas that I didn’t remember existed. He was pleasant and professional. He made me feel like he truly loves his job and understands customer service. Thank you! J. Queiros

Super fast and east maintenance! Had a small issue with our faucet and one of our screens. Submitted a work order request via the resident portal, and Fidel was here within 2 hours. Fidel is super courteous and helpful. He even fixed the handle on our sink faucet which I didn't even realize was a little loose. The friendly staff at AMLI Park Broadway are just one reason why we love living here!
