What fish can you catch in October off the shoreline there

Point Isabel is normally a hotspot for leopard shark, Stingray,skates and stripped bass. We caught two keeper Halibut when i was last there. Halibut can be caught there, June-july. Sorry NO SALMON which is a OCTOBER FISH.

Is there no rays or sharks there during the month of October and so on is it just the summer months
