There are trails that lead to a view and grassy area below. Walk the creek or have a bar b que. Play structure for kids and alot of stuff to smell for the dogs. All wrapped in the little gem. Check it out.

Places really cool. It's more of a hiking biking kind of Park. You can't actually drive up to the park or into the park in any way. You have to walk down the trail and up the hill to get to the park. That being said it's an easy walk and really nice scenery. They have a creek going through the middle of it that have little tide pools and waterfalls. We came because it looked like a fun place to ride bikes which it is but I am riding bikes with a 2-year-old so we can't do anything too crazy.

Yes it is dog friendly. If you go in evening and especially if you have a small dog be cautious due to a dense coyote population.
Yes I would always take precautions like you normally would walking anywhere. Some trails have slightly uneven terrain and there can be some roots or tree branches. Overall, pretty place to walk.
Sure.
