Absolutely love this park and area. Highly recommend if you have a well-behaved dog wit voice control, as it’s off-leash and unfenced. Please be sure to follow all park rules as there are bird habitats, etc., but it’s a wonderful spot to enjoy.

This is the same place as the Pt. Isabel dog park - and it's amazing!! We love to go for the great walk, beautiful views, and to see some really cute dogs :) It's seriously impressive and so nice that they have such a large open space for dogs, I've never been to another dog park this big and beautiful. Highly recommend checking this place out. Parking gets crowded on the weekend.

This place is my dog’s favorite park. There is also a small cafe and a dog grooming place next to it. Keep in mind that the park is not fully fenced.

Awesome off leash dog park, it’s humongous and right on the bay making the views spectacular. Everyone is always so friendly and happy, good vibes only! If your dog gets muddy there’s a wash station next to the cafe, so handy! One thing to note is that if it’s a hot day there’s not many water stations through the park, I would suggest bringing a water bottle and bowl for your pup if they get easily dehydrated like mine!

Yes, open and back to "normal". Masks and distancing required.
It's technically not a dog park even though most of us see it that way. Can't wait for it to open.
Have never fished.
I'd estimate about .25 miles from Mudpuppies. Maybe 50 yards from the closer parking lot.
Yes, but like anywhere else you need a current license. Big fine if a game officer asks to see your license and you don't have one, but patrolling is very rare. Also, if you are unfamiliar with Bay fishing, there is a lot of mercury in the bay leftover from gold mining upstream. Study the signage near the entrances to learn which parts off which fish are safest.
Yes, it is. I was just there with my dog.
Point Isabel is normally a hotspot for leopard shark, Stingray, skates and stripped bass. We caught two keeper Halibut when i was last there. Halibut can be caught there, June-july. Sorry NO SALMON which is a OCTOBER FISH.
It's not completely fenced. But it is 20+ acres. Does she have good recall? And beware the foxtails this time of year.
No. It's part of the east bay regional park district. It's not a federal park.
I don't think you'd want to. There's a million dogs running around, which could be good, if you love dogs, but.... Also its right next to the Costco loading dock.
