Closed. The Richmond City Council, better known as the "Richmond Progressive Alliance" has vetoed the development that included preserving 70% of Pt Molate for public use. Also included preserving the winery, the oldest one in the state! Per the cancellation of the contract, and per the original gift of the land from the feds, it has been sold to the Guideville Tribe for $400. Yes, $400, not four thousand. Therefore, the tribe has 5 years to decide what to do with it. It is now closed to the public! Terrible. Gayle, Eduardo, Claudia, Melvin, you are idiots.

It's a nice and quite place in the city. You can just go there and walk around. Full view of Richmomd-San Rafael Bridge. I just went there for Sunset Photography and I enjoyed it.
