Excellent! I am 70 years of age and believe I have been to every DDS in the NW. This team does far better than any DDS I have been to. They do PREVENTIVE care!

Please save yourself a headache and find a different dentist. My visit was the worst experience I've ever had in a professional office. I went for a Denture Consultation. I already have dentures that don't fit properly or do I like the way they look. I was told nothing could be done about the fit of the bottom denture without implants. I explained I was on SSI and couldn't afford any out of pocket expenses. They printed out what my insurance would cover. Plus the Dr needed to send in his recommendations for pre-authorization. We talked about bottom implants and I made it very clear that the only way I'd be able to get them is if the insurance would pay per Dr.s recommendations. I needed a xray to verify if i had enough bone to place the implants in. I was told that the 3d x-ray needed would not be covered. I said don't do anything not coveted loud and clear!!!!! The dental assistant came back and said the xray was covered and would minus 250. I said off the 4000 that the insurance allocates for my dental plan. I said again, just don't do anything that's not covered. I only get 800 a month. We did the xrays and I was told there wasn't enough bone and maybe I should get a 2nd opinion. I assumed they wouldn't send me to a provider not covered under my insurance plan. I told Dr Robert's that no matter the outcome that I still wanted Dentures that would at least look better and the top denture be fitted better. I went to check out and was asked how I'd like to pay for the 900 owed for my visit/xrays. I about had a heart attack. I said no its covered. I was told that the particular xray taken wasn't covered. I told the receptionist that I had said several times not to do procedure not covered. I was then asked "Well didn't you want implants?" I said of course, but only want my insurance would cover. I was asked several times what I could afford to pay. I was giving a application for Care Credit and I left. I argued with no resolution. I have severe anxiety and could not stand there and argue. I probably should not have left. I came home and called my insurance provider. I explained what happened and was put on hold while the agent called the Dentist Office. I wasn't told that the agent had connected us to a 3 way call but soon found out when I said it was all a scam. That's when the Dental Assistant spoke up and said "No were not." We went rounds on the phone. I kept saying you know I said DO NOT DO ANYTHING NOT COVERED. Her response was to make payments. I said absolutely not, I will not pay for something I said not to do. Not one time would she acknowledge they did something they knew I said not to. Every response was make payments. They know they did something I didn't authorize. They probably figured I'd just pay for it. Unfortunately I barely get by month to month. On top of that the xrays were useless because my insurance won't pay for implants. I feel it's a total scam. They make you sign the paperwork in the beginning. I owe the money even though I told them not to do anything not covered. Just a scam to get money. However I will file a bankruptcy before I pay them. I feel totally betrayed. I don't understand why they did the procedure knowing that there was no way for me to afford anything that wasn't covered under my insurance. Whether I needed or wanted implants. We cannot always get what we need or want. I finally told the Dental Office that we're going in circles with our conversation and I guess I'll take this bill to my grave. It was suggested to me to contact the BBB.

Im getting implants with snap on dentures eventually which is quite a process. I so far have had teeth removed, temporary denture and today soft liner. I am so glad to be working with such friendly staff as i will be seeing them often through this process. Dr Johnston did a great job on my surgery and im healing quickly. They are always friendly and i have never felt rushed. Even before i started Becky was so patient with me on the phone telling me my options. 5 stars for everyone!
