We went in to replace a dead tablet with a laptop. We were clear on what we wanted. The salesman was great. No upselling but he pointed out a few items we might need. He directed us to security software that was on special with great protection. Overall a really good experience.

Horrible experience. Came in looking to get a new car stereo system and some add-ons. Couldn't find an employee anywhere on the floor to help. When I asked at the front if someone was available, i waited in the car audio department for over 15 minutes. Went back up front and was told that there's no one that could help me. After paying for my water, a manager overheard me mention the issue and said they were short staffed. I get that, 100%. But i wish there was communication so i wasnt just standing back there with my active toddler essentially waiting for absolutely no one. I asked the manager if this is something I may be able to do online and he said yes. After looking online, i had a few questions and decided to try calling to see if anyone might be available at this hour. The lady who answered was not helpful at all and after i explained why I was calling she just kept repeatedly asking me why I was calling. And then "I understand ma'am and i am trying to help you" with an annoyed tone. How else do i explain that i am looking to purchase a car stereo and was looking for some insight a a few options and add-ons??? What got me the most was having to keep asking specifically what i was lacking for and then being responded to with a tone as if I'm the one being difficult. Extremely frustrating and and disappointing. At this rate, best buy will end up just like circuit city.

Actually thats wrong. Some of the older 360 needed a $20 device allowing it to connect to wifi or you can use ethernet. But going wireless you need the plug in

A new router could be helpful if the other one is just outdated. And the newer ones can be more useful friendly. Would they be able to follow directions over the phone? I believe they are doing that for people, however I'm not sure if they are making house calls

They 100% absolutely do, as long as you are on Verizon or AT&T. You will have to call the store directly if you are inquiring about the other carriers.

No. AppleCare plans have to go to Apple. They may be able to do troubleshooting, but actual repairs they can't do.
They do not do major repairs to hardware. They ship it off, acting as a middleman. As said before, it isn't that hard of a diy repair.
