I’ve lived here almost 8 yrs now office staff is great & maintenance guys are prompt pretty safe place to live neighbors watch out for each other my biggest complaint is the laundry room it’s a disgrace but would definitely recommend this place

Yes. They were when I looked there.
They offer reasonable options for rent to own. But in our failed negotiation they were pushing us to buy for a 100% cash only sale. Fyi there are better options in Brevard county. Though not immenant, there are higher end properties being built all around the park. It is only a matter of time before the park is a developers win...
