I rent and I pay around $685 it varies also they may have a waiting list to get in. It's really a nice place to live. A great community!!

Lot rent is $626 approximately as we all pay for water collectively. Also it is only less for lot rent if you had a contract for people who have been here for awhile. All new owners pay $626 no matter size of lot.
