i have not paid a penny. most of the cats were strays that got feed with are cat. we didn't plan on having kitten last year . we sure dont want them this year. they have fixed all of them for free. females & malrs ,but they do cut the ear tip off so not to get the same cat again. park & look for the dog prints on the side walk it will take u to tne correct place. 4 cats down apx 4 to go.but no new kittens this year they really helped out! nver questions us. also will adopt out unwanted friendly cats.
