I have a kitty that someone dropped off in my neighborhood. I can feed him but don’t have extra financial means for neuter and microchip. I can pay for his license. Any ideas where we can get this done for free?

Laura Todd, My neighbor went into nursing home, I thought I could care for her dog until she came home, now Dr says she can't live alone, I have made contact with the owners brother he don't want dog and I can't no longer keep him. He is terrier about 20 lbs. I don't want to surrender but I work out of town

Call your County animal control and they should be able to round them up and take them to their shelter to be cared for til being adoptable by the public.
