If you mean the Splash Park, in 2019 it opened on weekends starting May 25, then daily starting June 17. It closed September 2, Labor Day. Hours are 11AM to 6PM.
11 am on all weekend days, and week days wirh tenps over 80 degrees.
Everyday 11a-6pm, until Memorial Day weekend
Not sure, most every day. Any hot summer day should be good. What time, I dont know.
