I liked this park. We come to these tennis courts to play. Free entrance. There are drinking bowls for pets. There is also a playground. And a field where you can play football or frisbee. I recommend it to everyone! Great place. There is also a basketball court. Someone is always playing there. Great place! I think that if there is a big holiday, there will not be enough parking spaces. Because on normal days there is almost a full parking lot.

Great park to bring my toddler to. There's 3 different play structures so there's lots to do. The splash pad is open Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday during the summer. Great for picnics as well.

I really like this park and so did my grandkids. They asked if they could go back there.

This park is really nice and relaxing. There is picnic tables, a playground, baseball field, basketball court, bathrooms grills, and lots of grass to play around in. And if you play Pokemon go there is 3 gyms and about 10 PokeStops around.

In 2019 the Splash Pad was open weekends from May 25 to June 16, then daily from June 17 to September 2. That was definitely before the hot season was over, but probably by that time most kids are back in school.
I guess you can ,if he is not scared of crowds and children.
If you mean the Splash Park, in 2019 it opened on weekends starting May 25, then daily starting June 17. It closed September 2, Labor Day. Hours are 11AM to 6PM.
Picnic areas are subject to first come first serve basis is not reserved in advance for a fee. It's a popular park, especially on weekends. I'd recommend reserving your area of choice if it isn't already.
