In 2019 the Splash Pad was open weekends from May 25 to June 16, then daily from June 17 to September 2. That was definitely before the hot season was over, but probably by that time most kids are back in school.
I didn't know they did but it is a Holiday for park employees also.
Not sure exactly, but there are some public pools here in NorCal that close on labor day.
