When the Classroom is not in use, there is free parking with access to a Lake Chabot Regional Park trailhead for hiking and biking. There's also a drinking water fountain, chemical toilets, and several picnic tables with a barbecue. It's a great place to start (or finish) a hike. Edit in 2022: since the start of the COVID pandemic, there has been no public parking at the Nike Classroom. You can park at the Lake Chabot Marina, or on Lake Chabot road, then walk or bike up the McGregor George trail along the road. It is also accessible from the Ten Hills trail and the Indian Cove trail.

Trash cans and drinking fountains only at the parking lot, no flush toilets. For a hike in the East Bay hills this is a great jumping off point. Dogs are allowed off leash and mine has a lot of fun on this hike.

You can park there and use the potty. The classroom is used for the Park service. There is water, and access to trails leading to lake chabot and redwood regional Park.

East Bay Regional Parks 😎 above Lake Chabot next to the E.B.R.P Police department. At the old Nike Missle site retired. They closed the Nike program along time ago & made a maintenance yard there. The Nike Classroom is a place where they hold events . Also I park & walk the trails from here. Next to police department it is relatively safe. Watch out for mountain lions , Tick's ,& POISIN Oaks all over off trails ! Stay on trails .

They do not charge for parking cars. I haven't seen any trailers there before. Long term parking not allowed. The size of your trailer would be something to consider as the parking lot has one entrance/exit point and is 4 rows of parking spaces.
Definentaly not it's really broken up and quite hardened with dust so s tricky trail to bike.
