It's free to enter but the tours are $39 for the main tour and $10 for the explore more tour, both are about an hour long

I prefer the regular mansion tour since you can see the rooms fully built; mostly on explore more tour, they show you the rooms that were unfinished. But if you will go there in night time, i suggest you take the explore more since they will be leading you down the basement, if you're into those spooky thrilling stuff. Enjoy!
