We didn't do the tour due to time restrictions on our trip, but we did take pictures outside the mansion. A lot of the pictures did not come out very good, but in a few it looked as though "something" was standing next to my daughter... Just spooky strange!! We will be going back to do the tours sometime soon, I hope.
We did the house tour and explore more tour. Taking pictures in front of the house afterward, we noticed what appears to be the ghost of a woman in the upstairs window. The woman did not appear in a similar photo taken a few seconds earlier.
We did the original tour and the explore more tour. My breathe was taken away when going into the morning room, my boyfriend and I felt as if there was something in a few other rooms too. He also thought I was right behind him talking when I was at least two yards away and being quiet (I didn't hear what he heard.) In the explore more tour we were able to go to the attic, we both heard some clanking that sounded like it came from the room with no doors. The was a red rope swinging, we stopped it and it kept swinging after weleft it go. We definitely think something is there. But if you go beware of the theatrics they have, like the sound system to make spooky noises and the flickering light in the basement. Those two were the only things that were confirmed from the staff as being fake.

I too and a couple members of my group experienced strange feelinss of dizziness in the seance room. I plan to return for the night tour.
The answer to that is subjective. Personally, when I was on the tour I did not see spirits or anything moving. However, I did get strange feelings in some of the rooms such as nausea and dizziness in the seance room. I don't remember the names of all of the rooms, but my heart would race in some after leisurely moving into that room. These are the experiences I personally had.
The guide we had said that most of the sightings were on the night tour or by staff working in the house.
Well when I went nothing happened, don't really know if its actually haunted but nothing happened while I was there.
