Do both.
Both tours are about an hour and they cover different parts of the house. If you have time I'd recommend doing both but if you can only do one it should be the main tour.
Do main tour
You should definitely do the main tour, the extended one seems really cool but the main one is already very long so depends how much time you want to invest / how much walking you wanna do
I went to the regular tour which will go over 110 rooms. If I had the time, I'll go with the longest one. I felt I need more spiritual experience.
