I would say the walker wouldn't fit through most of the stairs. You can have drinks as long as they are in a resealable container. No gum and there are things you cannot touch because they are original to the house I agree with Jude, I would call ahead and see about the walker. Your tour may have to be altered to get through some of the spaces
I personally would not see how a walker would fit through some of those stairs. I would call the estate and check!

There was a couple with a small child in our group, they carried him throughout the tour.
4 year old yes but only allowed to one section of the tour, the one that includes visita to basement and other scarier áreas, no.
4year-olds: yes. Walkers: only if you can traverse stairs with it.
