I don't think you'll get a refund, as the site does say " No Refunds " If you need to reschedule, I would because I think its worth it. You can also try to sell the tickets to someone.
The site says they don't do refunds, only rescheduling. You may have to call and talk to someone
No refunds just reschedule if possible.
It isn't worth even going unless you live very close to it. A large portion of it all was built way later and NONE of the things inside are authentic. They said they got all of it here and there from antique stores since the niece took everything. It is all a sham.
