You have to buy the pictures on the way out.
I think your best action would be to contact Winchester directly by phone....they might save the pictures....I don't know....my niece and I visited Fri Oct 2.....we didn't buy the photo because we didn't like it.....but just call them
I would give them a call if you didn't have them sent to your email. They may be able to look up the photo if you tell them the date and time of your tour. Unfortunately without the receipt it scan, there is no way to do it on your own.
