How much time can we spend here from the start to end

Once the tour ends as long as you want, but other then the tours and gift shop and a few little museums not much else to do other than spend money, but the tours are cool.

If you take both tours, looking at out buildings and checking out the store, 3-4 hrs

Each tour is about an hour i would recommend both. That will take about 2:30hrs

It depends on the tour you actually do. Some are even longer than 3 hours. I went the Friday the 13th flashlight tour (pictures here) and it was only an hour. But we were able to see Sarah's room. I recommend any tour. The house is amazing.

Can spend half a day easy

At least 2 hours if you get the explore more tour- highly recommended

There is a garden and the tour is an hour. They don't limit your time there.
