I think so, but call them. The people who answer the phones are nice and you should be able to get through to someone right away. I also agree that it's probably not the best idea to take a baby, but probably ok.
Your best choice is to not tKe the child. You have lots of steps and twists and turns and a guide giving you information everyone wants to hear.
