Hi. I'm a fashion student that has to produce a photoshoot for my final project. Would you consider allowing the house or its grounds to serve as a location for a project like this? If so would you require permits, insurance, and/or payment?

You would need to verify with the facility for any copyright scenarios. They do not allow any photographs inside of the home itself but you are allowed to take photos of the garden and the exterior.
