I had a accident metro was efficient fast and fair. I happy I switched to metro mile it been the best choice and won't ever change!! One very happy fully insured customer. You can't go wronge!!!
I have not had an accident while with metromile, a previous accident while with state farm was a terrible experience, you would think after being insured with someone since 1980 an accident should not be as stressful as it was
They are ok. I had a claim and one person had my case then another took over. I think the wait came from the other party. They were trying to get in contact with the other parties insurance company. Over all, they were vey understanding. You just have to call and check in on them.
