Planet Fitness is a no frills gym for a cheap monthly fee so I don’t expect too much but some things that make me never want to come back here.. LIMITED hours.. they close so early on weekdays and even earlier on weekends. 3pm?! COME ON. It’s very dusty and not well ventilated. Looks like nobody cleans. They don’t have AC just small fans and sometimes they turn them off so it’s stuffy and smells like collective BO. I can’t believe with the pandemic they didn’t get AC. I came here for the first time in 2 weeks and I noticed the same piece of paper on the floor by a machine so I know they don’t clean. The employees don’t do anything except talk. One girl that works there is extremely overweight not the kind of vibe I want when I go to a gym. Im there to work on myself not see people who are unhealthy. I know planet fitness is inclusive but this one is a joke. I’m going back to my previous gym on van ness.

Don’t bother with this gym!! Cons: TINY!!! Poorly managed. Too little equipment. Very small weight area. Doing free teen program for summer so kids are everywhere sitting on their phone and a lot of bags + jackets on floor. Dirty restroom. Pros: good location. But there are many better gyms nearby.

There has never been a time when a gym needed the no star rating more than at Planet Fitness. Worst gym experience I’ve ever had. I spent a total of 4 hours trying to get them to cancel my membership even though I had done exactly as told to cancel my membership before I left their gym. I kept being charged for membership fees even though I had canceled already. I spoke to Corinne (an absolutely miserable person) and she could not have been more rude. I was trying to resolve the issue so that I could stop receiving charges because I no longer go there, but instead of trying to help me she kept trying to push me off the phone by saying, “Ok, have a good day sir” insincerely and laughing under her breath as if I was the one being uncooperative. Then, I exchange emails with the club manager Kassie Lombardo (who is equally rude) and she claims I falsely believe I sent an email. So I sent her the email I originally sent, and she finally agrees to issue me the refund for the charges. 4 hours of my time sunk into just trying to cancel my membership all because these two employees refused to be cooperative. But this is exactly the kind of people planet fitness hires, because this entire company is corrupt. Indeed, Corrupt Fitness would be a more appropriate name for you guys.

Very good club, well maintained machines and clean. I’ve visited San Francisco coming from Toronto, it’s pretty amazing I’m allowed to USA clubs with my Canadian membership. I’ve a pleasant workout

Yes you can use the beds for free if you have a black membership. They dont do payment for individual sessions though.

Hello, Gaspard. We do allow anyone 13 to 17 to become members, as long as they have a parent or guardian with them when they sign up. Additionally, members 13 and 14 years of age require a guardian accompanying them at all times when working out. I hope this helps! 🙂 👍

There is street parking, it's really tough to find any though. Better off taking bart/muni and walking a couple of blocks!
I haven't hear of one but you should ask. Prices are as low as $9.99 or $14.99 a month, you can pick a plan without a down payment either. That's alreasy more affordable than other gyms in the area.
If you move though, you can change your home gym online.
Street parking is metered and rare. There are parking garages, but they charge typically fidi prices.
Well, they have free pizza days on the first Monday of the month... also free bagel day on the 3rd Thursday....
