Been coming to Fitness SF Embarcadero for over a year now, and have had good experiences thus far. The equipment are essentially all new and up to date. The gym isn’t very crowded on weekends, thankfully. The weekday rush tapers out around 7 pm (the gym is located at the base of two massive business buildings, so set expectations during the morning and day accordingly). There’s a nice outdoor space on the third floor where I like to row if the weather is fair.

Fitness SF at the Embarcadero became a second home to me. The staff are so friendly. Annabelle who signed me up made sure that every question I had was answered and that I was helped if ever needed. She signed me up with Walt, a personal trainer, and he did an amazing job. Walt's attention to detail, amazing attitude, and happy energy made coming to our sessions a blast. All the equipment is brand new and the facility itself is fantastic. I would highly recommend Fitness SF.

Yes, they will validate parking from the embarcadero center garage. How long this gets you depends on the time of day and weekend vs. weekday.
Hello William, no not for this particular location. For Men we have Sauna & Steam Rooms available at the Fillmore, Mid-Market, and Oakland locations.
Hello Tandi, thanks for reaching out. The Scooters cannot be brought Indoors at the Embarcadero Gym, but you can lock them up on the Promenade Level right near the Turf Zone. This is in close proximity to our 3rd Floor Office and the Cardio Section.
Hello Jonathan, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The Embarcadero Center has explained this as a building wide issue and something that cannot be easily fixed. We are doing everything we can to work with the Center and provide the best lock room experience possible.
Hello Mardoqueu, we do not have a specific traveler pass, but we do have a 1-Week Pass (All Gym Access to Seven Bay Area Gyms) for $89.95.
