Update -- I called SimonMed again about six days ago and was told the manager of the SimonMed at the Embarcadero was going to call me (second time I was told this). She hasn't, nor have I received the copy of my MRI. Almost a month since my initial request for a copy. These people are awful. It's been three weeks since I requested a copy of my MRI, and they have yet to provide it to me. I was told a week ago that the manager from the Sacramento Street location was going to be calling me that day. Elizabeth Garcia, the manager of the San Francisco site was going to call me I was told. That was seven days ago, and she/he has yet to call me. Don't go here. They just take your money but then won't give you the information you paid for. Awful. I wish Google gave us an option to do zero stars, even negative stars.

I had an ultrasound at SimonMed last week. Someone in my doctor's office had written up the referral wrong so they couldn't take me in till a new referral was faxed to them. The staff at SimonMed was very kind--we waited for an hour for the new fax and they fit me in though I was an hour past my appointment time. The technician was very skilled. The facility was clean and pleasant. Great experience all around.

Everyone was lovely...no wait. Loved my technician. I was surprised and quite uncomfortable that I was closed in a small room with 3 other people and none of them were masked. I was there quite a while and the air flow was not good. I wore my mask but still felt that this was strangely negligent for a medical facility.

B. Hampton

No. The most basic, horrible MRI I’ve had. Rough, like the worst airline you’ve ever taken. No protocol to tell you how much time in between. They tie you up without asking. Technician was saying that if I moved I would waste his time… it’s so bad.
