Very sketchy that there not open on weekends? Especially when they are posting ads everywhere yet they aren’t there but part of a day to address concerns? That seems very suspicious to me. Why? And recent negative complaints is also worrisome

I’ve been with them a year and had great service and terrific help with claims. I’m about to insure another car too.

I have been with them for 6 months have had excellent service both on the phone and online payments are coming out as they should I am very happy with metromile 👍

I always dealt with them via email. Never had to do a claim with them.

Don't know anything about their hours, but have been with them for over 3 years with no problems and never had a problem reaching them.

Don't have any complaints, but then, haven't had a claim yet
