I'm currently trying to get a refund from these people. The plan said $12/month and I got charged nearly $200. If I don't get in contact from someone to help settle this I'm getting the banks involved and they will most certainly get my money back by force.

Someone hacked into my grammerly account and used my paypal to pay for a grammerly service. I have an email from the person asking me for my paypal info so they could pay me back obviously fraud. I contacted Grammerly and they have not responded. I attached email send by fraudulent person, email sent by grammerly with the charge and service, nothing. They should reply when their system has been hacked!!! Or at least let their clients know their email addressed have been hacked.

They scammed my account. I canceled service with them, and they not only charged me anyways, but they also somehow surreptitiously got my new card info with out my permission. How does a business get your card information for a card that was not used and push a transaction thru, not to mention the amount owed of 119$ was actually charged 139 Personally I feel violated silicon valley is disenfranchising hard working Americans with unwanted charges.
