Not many businesses around there. Everything around is owned by xtera so I imagine it's all open
Haven't been there on Easter. The only day the train doesn't run is Christmas day. I would imagine it's a normal Sunday schedule for the surrounding businesses.
Not as busy as peak summer, but pretty busy. At least last year.
