Hung Do

Get in line to order your food, tell them inside or outdoor seating, take a number for your order, then they will bring the food to you. Have to grab eating utensils from the dining hall inside. Loved the hamburger & fruity salad with optional chicken. The green apple slaw as a side was excellent. The vegan wrap was just OK, ordered by mistake.

I ordered one of the cheeseburgers with chips. It came with all the traditional fixings: fresh lettuce, slice of tomato, red onion, and the meat tasted like ground sirloin. I'd give it five stars! or two thumbs up!

Had the Elk Burger and Pulled pork sandwich and was really good!! The kettle chips were just reg chips not like special fried, but we loved the variety and uniqueness of the main entree menu items. Just casual vibe, you walk up and order at the counter and they bring it to you.

If I were rating this place on the burgers, it would be like a 1.5. They charge prices as if you are getting a pretty top notch burger but then the burger you get is like…Applebee’s. The flavors were okay, but just overall completely unimpressive. We did go back the next day after our ten mile hike in the canyon though because there are very few good options nearby. For this second trip, we got the root veggie grain bowl, the winter squash toast, and the churro bread pudding, and these were all quite good! Best advice - skip the burgers and explore their fancy sounding things. :)
