I dont think there is even an office of any kind here, is there? I know there is a Greyhound office, but there seems to be no help whatsoever for regular bus passengers. You can try asking a bus driver for help if you have issues with the TAP machines (the whole TAP system has loads of issues that are never addressed), but the drivers frequently cant or wont help. Ditto for maintenence workers or the rare other staff members you might see.

Correcto-mundo give that girl a cookie. If you must go to see the clerk then I'm guessing the hours are like 8 am to 6 pm. Call ahead to see if you have to talk to a real person or if you can use the tap dispensing machines.
