They helped out but just didnt like that in the situation i was in i literally had no one no family that i can call on or no fiends just me and my son and i cried one day pretty much begging them.to help me put meand my son in a shelter but they never cld me back and i just left it alone and they never even.cld to check the status of my situation pretty sad for the ones that really need the help
