Well you still can't go inside so I had to turn some paperwork in for my medical but I just got to put it in a mail slot that's frustrating cuz you really want to receive but no they aren't giving themselves just relying on God to make sure my paperwork gets through very important

Drove over an hour and they closed early because they said they were at capacity inside. They should really change their hours on Google, because it says they close at 7 and they actually are supposed to close at 5 according to what the door says. Waste of my time and gas.

PULL UP WITH YOUR OWN PEN.YOU WILL NEED IDENTIFICATION AT ONE POINT SO TAKE YOUR I.D. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE PROVING YOUR IDENTITY CUZ YOU AINT GOT ONE LET THE ELIGIBILITY WORKER KNOW. YOU WONT BE TURNED AWAY. Here at Los Angeles County Public Social Services definitely will get a decent amount of humble pie .Its Public assistance which I believe is a luxury because not everyone in this world has the opportunity to be funded for simply existing. Workers can be cold and unhelpful at times. If you are honest and do your due diligence NO DOUBT THEY HOOK IT UP. Amount of Benefits vary based on eligibility know what you are applying for and if you aren't sure simply ask no need to lie or over exaggerate the truth. Hold yourself accountable and yeah at times you will have to remind the County about things. Don't lose your cool.

They have homeless prevention programs for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. If you do not have children, you would apply for homeless assistance through G.R. If you have children living with you, you would apply for CalWORKs and homeless assistance. Two of these programs provide hotel vouchers. Only for up to 30 days.
