The only thing I can say positive about this place is they were polite and Diane was very helpful. That's about it. I responded to an ad and was told to go to the office. I did all requirements to apply. They never sent me out. Just kept wasting my time and money because I had to go down there twice for nothing. Rosie is the one who I dealt with. First day she said I could leave and she would call me when my background cleared (it would) then give me a time for orientation. She never called. Another lady, Diane, inquired if I had gone down to apply. I told her what happened and she took care of it. She told me to go in and get my picture taken for my badge. I went down again, got the picture taken only to be informed by Rosie that my background still had to be done (that was suppossed to be done the week before) and not to show up to orientation till she called. I never got a call. I contacted Diane (very helpful and responsive) and inquired about what was going on. She said from what she understood I never showed up to orientation(I'm going to assume Rosie told her that. She's the only one I've dealt with). I told her what happened and she gave me Rosie's number. I contacted her and had a promise of a call. Guess what never got one. So I'm going to assume it's one of three things. I was discriminated by Rosie because I'm overweight(never has been an issue before) & pushing 40, they get money somehow for every applicant or they just want to steal your information.

This happened about a year ago just forgot to review until my friend told me she was looking for a job and went to apply and was treated so bad by the lady in charge. I was hired to work in this agency let me tell you these people are so rude and unprofessional. This is probably one of the worst places to work at. Starting off with their management. There is like 10 people in that little office. These people think your a robot and have no life. Its really sad how they talk about all the people that come apply. That's not the way it should be. Please do not waste your time. The location in chino hills is much better. Someone needs to check on this office they should not be in business.
