Odd Bus lines still End here but Google maps report the Station as Permanently closed. Is this true?

Not true. Im a current bus OPERATER and El monte station is still open. And as for grayhoound busses are still passing. Its on the second floor.

Not sure what you are referring to! But the only thing that I know of recently Greyhound does not have a physical counter there.
