Hi, the LGBT center referred me to you. Do you accept intake of gay person, cross-dresser ? Do I have to stay alongside the regular men folk or do you have a separate section in the building for LGBT persons?

They are the overseer of other agencies that do the work. So they will only be able to refer you. Depending on were you wish to reside will determine where you are housed. Not everyone is placed in motels, not everyone is housed as quickly as the other person outlined. Since you are stating that you are a cross dressing I would suggest that you seek service in Hollywood or Long Beach were they are more equipt with someone in that lifestyle. I hope this was helpful. And the LGBT has housing

From working with them, what they do is they refer you out to different places, different shelters different places that will pay for motels. Like they linked my son and I up to a really awesome place. They paid for our motel from October until May and then they got us an apartment. And they paid for all of June, 90% of July 75% of August and 50% of September. And they also paid the deposit. I would give them a call and ask for Lisa. She's the head honcho. I hope everything works out for you. I know it's a scary thing not knowing what tomorrow's going to bring and it was really scary for me because I had at that time a two-year-old. And it was very scary because I did not want to be out on the street with a baby. So good luck and just have some faith. I don't know who your higher power is, but pray to them, ask your spirit guide. I just went yesterday and I bought a whole bunch of crystals cuz somebody stole mine believe it or not yeah, I had him out in the Moonlight there were stolen.
