Extremely good service! Excellent people. They are the best part of the USCIS. They listen- they hear- they care- they help. If every USCIS specialist or officer were like people at this office, we would live in a much much better world. Thank you!

Great experience, perfect service. I entered the building 15 min before my appointment and did not had to wait at all. I was basically out before the time of my actual appointment as the whole process took only 5 minutes (biometrics). I came by bicycle and luckily there are plenty of bike racks in front of the building.

Wow! I arrived here 20 minutes before my biometric appointment and NO ONE was here. They took me right away. The guard and officers present were all super nice, friendly, professional and prompt. I finished within 5 minutes. Unbelievable and amazing experience. Best experience in an immigration facility. They should get a gold award. Thank you!

Yes is alot parking
Nope. They only handle biometrics at this point
You can call the customer service number and ask them for a appointment to get a 551 stamp in your passport.
Hi Tatiana! I would call the office and inquire about bringing a young child. During this Covid period, it might not be advised because of safety protocols. Good luck.
I believe you have to call and make new appointment
You can try going to the office a day early and if the office isn't very busy, they will help you. They do prioritize people with day appointments so you might have a little wait. But they are great and very helpful.
Best way to apply for US citizenship is to visit the official website at www.uscis.gov and under immigration forms you can download as many N400 (Citizenship) applications as needed. They are free to download from the official website. Once you have an application, you fill it out and send it by mail to appropriate address. Depending where you live, you'll send to a P.O Box that handles them.
You can keep your luggage with you securely. Speak to Security upon entering the building. You will be greeted by Security since they will be first contact

No. It's only a biometrics processing center. All applications can be downloaded for free on the official USCIS website.
No. The office is only a fingerprint office. You must apply for a replacement by downloading the application N565 and mail it in. You might have to go to the center for biometrics though.
Later only but not earlier.
No, you can't.
You can have your phone with you but be sure not to use it inside the facility. Put it on the silent mode.
They might consider that receipt, but just to make sure, you need to be process in order to make the green card valid specialy if the green card had already expired. The green will be extented for one year by putting a one year sticker in the back of the card after your fingerprint, picture and signature.
No, they have people before you
You have to get a mail from USCIS indicating the date and time of the appointment.
