You shouldn't come if you are not prepared. It is very expensive and housing is scarce. Too many people come here homeless and they are on the streets.
There are over 30,000 people sleeping on the streets in Los Angeles. If yournot here I would suggest you stay home. People are really suffering. There is omly a 3 percet vacancy rate. Housing is a tough thing to come by.
