No. The parking lot closes at 11:00 or midnight. You can't drive on the beach. There is camping park about 3 miles north. It sits directly above the Ocean. You can walk to shops & restaurants I believe there is a campground south (maybe 10 miles) in Princeton.
No you are not even allowed to be I your rv between the hours of 10pm to 6am. Rv can only park at the pumpstation lot and only with a paid parking pass. Though it's not posted no overnight the PPD will make u move whenever they feel like it. Usually complaint driven though. Right now rv parking has become a hot topic in Pacifica with talk of banning all rv parking in town! If you lay low, keep the area around your rv clean and don't stay in one space alli

You can park in the parking area at Pacific Beach near Taco Bell.....i parked overnite was not bothered and woke to hella surfers gearing up to catch some waves.....i really dont think you will be bothered at all
You can try but I don't think so.go south on hiway 1and there are campgrounds on several beaches
