Chris Porter is rude and annoying and should be replaced as so-called General Manager. She is unprofessional and is never heald accountable for her icompetence and rudence. She comes across as entitled. There should be evaluations and surveys for paper pushers that sit behind a desk and think they're superior to the public that pays for her over paid salary.

Online payment service never works. It says I’ve made a payment but later gives me a notice that I haven’t paid. I tried calling the automated system to make the payments but it doesn’t recognize my account number (which is clearly written on my invoice). Can’t get to a real person on the phone. Please, I just want to pay. Why is it so hard.

We have had great service from Recology. Anytime I've called, I've gotten right through and spoken to a person who has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Several years ago I had a very large tv for them to pick up on my twice yearly freebie pick up. I explained there was no way I could get it outside for them to pick up, they said they could work something out. The fellow came in my house and removed it for me. This was an older tv and was quite heavy but he took care of it for me without hesitation. I have found the drivers to be polite, helpful and very considerate.

Bring your mattress to the palmetto drop off. They take anything. I had a dresser I thought was way too big to accept. Some Mexican dude pills up in a uhaul, looked at me, laughed and emptied the contents of what must have been a house. They have a machine that pulverizes anything, even engine blocks.

On your regular pick up day through the month of January. Have it out by 6am that day.
