I wish I didn't have to give any stars. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! The management company and their new replaced management company are completely unprofessional. I rented a spot for four months while my daughter went through a bone marrow transplant at UCSF. Moved in, kept the place immaculate, barely lived there, moved out, cleaned it better than before and guess what......I'm in my second month of fighting and hassles to get my full deposit back. All kinds of promises that don't get delivered on and then back to it all over again. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Made reservation on the internetsite, worked fine, found a ziplock bag with my name on it with all the needed information. Site is very loud because directly besides the road. Showers and toilets are ok.

Not a good place to rent. Rents high and they have alot of rules that they make up as they go along. Theres nothing for the children to do but throw rocks at each other into the street or at the parked cars. Management is only about the $$$$. Houses are very cheap no one obeys the 15 mph speed limit. No extra parking. Theres nothing to do for children after we were told there would be a park or something. That was last March..
