The first night I stayed here 2 bikes were stolen off of my Jeep despite being locked up. I walked my dog outside the park and did not feel safe. There were many homeless people encamped just outside the gate. The manager told me they do not have security cameras (but they are supposedly going to install them). I did not see any security patrolling anytime during my visit. For the prices they charge, I would expect a lot more focus on guest safety!

We stayed here for 3 nights on a vacation. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. We came in a night early and got a site. They were kind enough to allow us to stay in the same location so we would not have to move to our original site (ocean front). While they are oceanfront, these sites are very skinny and you are on top of your neighbor, literally. The other sites seem to be wider and longer, so you don't crowd your neighbor. The view of the ocean was just as good, if not better. The pool was clean and very warm. The location and view of the ocean was great. Little bit of a hilly walk to the ocean, but doable. Downside is the upkeep of the park. 8 of the 27 washers and dryers were broken. 1 of the 3 showers in the men's room was broken. Little things like this take away from the park because they are pretty easy and cheap things to fix. Laundry room and bathrooms need a good cleaning and continual cleaning. I saw the same 2 dead fleas on the shower wall each day. For the cost of the stay, it would be great to see the ownership put some money back into the place and make it better for the guests.

This is our home base for the next 6 months! So far we've enjoyed the ocean being our front yard. Amenities are very well kept and very nice. This Resort offers a great to freeways and local shops.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I reserved. I paid 160.00 for a site parked in a parking lot that was slowly collapsing into the ocean. the web site had strict stipulations as to the appearance of your RV yet this was the most run down RV park I have been to! Picnic tables rusted over and only one for every 5 spots. Electrical outlets rusted over and my daughter found broken glass in the shower. If this was a 50.00 a night stay I would still have been disappointed but for 160.00 in a "premium spot" I was for lack of a better word frustrated.

Monthly rates for long term
Only on the back wall, the long term renters predominate that area ....the ocean drowns out the road noise in the prime locations...
We went through San Jose and it was free.. all bridges are tolled... Not sure how much
They may let you have a tent by the ocean side or the smaller sites where campers Park but it'll be on pavement
Yes you can. We had such a good time there. Recomend it to visit. Staff is super friendly and very clean
I had strong signal. Wifi was very spoty except for very near the main office.
Yes
No, Uber your family for a quick trip in and out of SF
Reiterating previous questions if they rent monthly or yearly even weekly? Please advise
There are lots of old ones in the park but they won't allow any more to come in. You have to show proof that it's less than 10 years old.
Hello, check-in time is noon and check out time is 11am. Hope this helps.
There are some amazing restaurants within walking distance. We walked to the Japanese restaurant that was about a 5 minute walk, amazing food! I'm sorry the name has slipped my mind, but it was recommended by the staff at the resort.
This site is not a link to the place. The park is more of a paved parking lot than an RV park.
Best to call them asap to see if there is still space
You can call the office and get put on the waiting list.
Yes, you can stay under 6 months without a lease and over 6 months with a lease. Beware that if you don't have a 6 month or longer lease during the season, which apparently starts in May, it's going to be $2800 a month. Off-season we payed $1650 a month. Highly recommend it. We could see the Pacific from our windows and there are mountains across the street to climb. You can also surf. There are some good restaurants within a short distance along with a supermarket. The independent butcher shop also has the best steaks I've had anywhere and that includes restaurants that charge $50 for a steak. You're also only about 20 minutes away from San Francisco. The spots are close together but the location is awesome. Killer sunsets too.
It's about $1650 a month including all utilities but I was told unless you have a six month lease that in the summer it goes to $2800. I would just call and see if they even have a monthly spot, they go quick. It was expensive but I could see the pacific ocean from my window and Pacifica is a lovely little town. You can also walk to all kinds of shops and restaurants in including a small grocery store and there are mountains across the street to hike. I really liked it, other than the price....
Good luck with staying there monthly. I think you need to go there in person and slip them a little something extra in order to become friends. For me they never returned my calls or answered my email. I really needed a place to stay while getting treated at a local hospital. I finally wound up in a hotel thanks to this RV park being so unfriendly.
