Only on the back wall, the long term renters predominate that area ....the ocean drowns out the road noise in the prime locations...
We were at the ocean end of the park. We heard the waves crashing but little CA-1 road noise at night.
Not much traffic noise, especially at night.
We had a place right across the office. Haven't noticed any traffic noise. You can hear the waves, though.
Yes. But not as much noise as the persons rig right next to you.
No, it's not a lot traffic noise at night. I think the waves are louder :)
The ocean is pretty noisy thing to camp next to; the waves and the wildlife drowns out most of the traffic noise at night. With that said, the other RVers doors being slammed and whomever the drunk chic was that was walking on the sidewalk after the bars had all closed and belting out random artists' song lyrics and mashing them all together (horribly out of key, mind you) just outside the compound were just about the noisiest things I heard all night. ðŸ¤ðŸ˜… This place is pretty fantastic though, I recommend staying here if you get the opportunity to do so. There is usually a full circle of sunlight over the area and the clouds and fog in the surrounding areas so that makes it pretty spectacular. Go for a walk on the beach come in you will feel much better about..... you know.
