Since the beach and the parking land is public property, how come they are charging for Handicapp parking spaces? Same rate as regular parking? Handicapp parking on public land is supposed to be free . Thanks.

You can always try your luck without paying for it. If you get a ticket, just contest it and have t void. The down side is you'll be wasting your time there while there.
